【摘要】:Acomparisonwasmadebetweendrymillingandslurrymixingascomminutionstepprecedingmycotoxinsanalysis.SuchinrespecttoEClegislationthatconsistsofsampleschemesupto30kg.Cacao,greencoffee,almondsandpistachiosamplesof10kgweremilledbyaRASmillandallthreesub-sampleswerecompletelyanalysedforaflatoxinB1orOchratoxinA.Thedifferencesinanalyticalresultsareexplainedbymeasurementsofparticlesizedistributionsofbothmillingtypes.Theobtaineddataarecomparedwithliteraturedataoncoefficientsofvariation(CV)forvariousmillingprocedures.FordrymillingCVvaluesweregenerallynotbelow20%foraflatoxinB1levelsupto38μg/kginpeanuts,whereasslurrymixingcouldachieveCVvaluesbelow5%ataflatoxinB1levelsdownto4μg/kginpistachios.Measurementsalsoshowedpossibledifferenceinmycotoxincontentofasamplebetweenbothmillingtypes.Thiscouldleadtofalsepositiveornegativeresultswhenrejectingoracceptingalot,asthisisbasedonthesampleresult.ItwasconcludedthatslurriescontainsmallerparticlesthandrymilledsamplesandthusgeneratethelowestpossibleCVvalueswhichinturnleadstobettersamplehomogenisation.
