【摘要】:Thistestmethodisprimarilyintendedasatestforcompliancewithcompositionalspecifications.Itisassumedthatallwhousethismethodwillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthattheworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratory.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofoxygenintantalumpowderinconcentrationsfrom0.05%to0.50%.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
