【摘要】:ThisReportprovidessomeexamplesofsubstancesandmaterialsthatmaycauseasustainedimpedimentintherecyclingactivities,andisintendedtoassistintheassessmentrequirementssetoutinthestandardEN13430.Itdescribessubstancesormaterialswhichcauseproblemsorinhibittherecyclingprocess,orwhichhaveanegativeinfluenceonthequalityofrecycledmaterial,andforwhichitisconsideredthattechnologicalsolutionswillnotbedevelopedinthenearfuture.Theseexamplesarehoweverqualifiedbythefactthattherecyclingoperationscanvaryfromregiontoregionandstatetostate,thattechnologyisconstantlychanging,andthattheusetowhichtherecycledmaterialisputwillalsodeterminewhethersuchsubstancesandmaterialsareaproblem.
